General Condition of Sale

   

Delivry
You will be delivered within 10 working days after the acceptation of payment by credit card or by a cheque made out to IVARI and sent to 26 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France.

Complaints
For any information or complaints, please call IVARI at : 33(1) 42 86 82 00 Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your delivery, you have 7 days from reception of your order to return it to us (at your expense) for change or reimbursement.
Exceptions
If articles have been delivered damaged or do not correspond to what you have ordered we will change them and send them to you at our expense as soon as you have sent the articles in question back to us ( within 7 days, delivery reimbursed)..
If the delivery does not correspond with your expectations, you have a period of 7 days (from reception of goods) to return them in their original packaging (delivery at your expense) for change or reimbursement. In the case of reimbursement, your " points " account will be credited with the number of points that were deducted when you made your "Advantage Partenaire " order.
